Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Da Don Way Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been given to the assigned delivery courier. If an problem occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. Da Don Way Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an error is noticed, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, Da Don Way Co does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
